Could use a little tender loving care such as curtains the floor just outside the bathroom sme space to put our groceries instead of leaving it on the counter and a different couch and chair

Loved the view, not so much the wind. Nothing you can do about weather. Tiny house could use a handy man to fix some items. But still enjoyed our stay.

The RV PARK and location was great, spectacular view, large deck, comfortable bed, plenty of towels for bath and pool, large appliances for kitchen. However the grill is not usable, no washer/dryer in unit (laundry area available at the rv park),the vertical blinds some work some don't, the window treatments dangle at edges where the rods to operate vertical blinds are (basically window treatments to be replaced). An update on the original cabinets is needed as well as removal of items from the precious owner. The operating latch for the sliding door needs to be replaced, the rodent problem under the bathroom tub and vanity, which was constantly active at which point I contacted the host. A couple of years ago a similar review was posted and I assumed those items had been addressed.
