About this apartment rental

This unit is on the river side of the gated community. The garage is below the living area, and the bedrooms and full baths are above the living area. There are 2 bedrooms, the Master with an adjustable King Bed, and the guest with an adjustable Queen bed. There are also 2 single sized hide-a-beds in the unit, that can be used in the bedrooms or in the living area. There is a large shower in the Master Bath, and a Tub/Shower combo in the 2nd full bathroom. The dining table has 4 chairs, and 4 bar stools are the same height at the counter, and can be used at the table for a larger seating area The unit is fully furnished with dishes, linens, and all of the amenities you might need. The home has been fully remodeled, including all new appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There are 4 chairs on the main balcony, and 4 chairs on the Master Balcony. ** Ring.com is used for surveillance in the shared garage, the doorbell at the unit, and the lower deck area **

Everything about this Condo is great. Comfortable place, great view. We stayed 7 weeks and going back next year. Pool and hot tub are nice and warm. Cheryl the host is very nice and gets back to you right away with any questions you have. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything in the home was clean well organized the master bed is beyond spectacular great views great location and the owners for very nice I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to go up there and stay

Great place on the river. All comforts of home. Having a garage made it so nice. Bed is very comfortable. Great hosts! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

everything was excellent except upon entering the condo we took our shoes off and went barefoot until we went to bed when my wife noticed our feet were just black from the dirty floors downstairs. We washed and wore socks or shoes from then on.
