Nice balcony, the property is big, spacious and very clean. The location is good, being in a 5 mile radius of a majority of places of interest; for example, the grove/ farmers market, Hollywood blvd, Beverly Hills, sunset strip, etc.
The center of the bed tends to sink a bit but it is still comfortable.

Very nice apartment in the middle of sunset boulevard and easy to go anywhere.
We didn’t like the bed. The first few nights was ok but after that it’s just too low for 2 people.

We loved the view and the proximity to several good restaurants within a short walk of only one or two blocks. The location is also close to many of the activities we had planned. The condo’s kitchen is extremely well stocked! The living room is spacious with a large TV screen. We enjoyed the balcony and its view of LA numerous times a day. We also appreciated the ease of having a dedicated parking space in the garage below.
