Penthouse Two @ World Artists Living

Incredible stay! We’re LA locals and used this property while selling our house and buying a new one. We loved the parking right outside the front door with private EV chargers. We did a lot of coming and going in our Teslas so that was handy! We ended up staying for 6 months (originally booked for 2 months!). Having this comfortable stepping stone really made the house purchasing process so much easier! The area is really cool. Cafes, juice bars, nice restaurants, excellent supermarkets, etc. all walking distance! We’ll definitely be back to the area in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and this awesome apartment! I try to only book with Premier Hosts, and if “SUPER Premier Host” was an option, that would be Kevin! I thoroughly enjoyed reading his bio and could tell that he puts a lot of love and care into his properties. I immediately knew after reading about him that his place would be the best!! Private parking spaces right out front with EV chargers for our Tesla made such a difference! We stayed for a 2 month work trip. Having Natalia visit once a week for housekeeping was amazing - I wish every VRBO did the same! The GYM downstairs, weekly replenishing sodas & snacks, beautiful and comfortable furnishings… EVERYTHING was A++! I really hope we can return soon! Thanks again!!!
