Location, the facilities and the price
The lift was tiny, toilet/shower was tiny too.

Das Design und der große Balkon sind sehr schön. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation und einfacher Zugang zur Wohnung. Das gesamte Gebäude scheint vor kurzem komplett renoviert worden zu sein.
Einige bauliche Mängel die behoben werden müssten. Die Wand zwischen Küche und Bad ist komplett feucht und schimmelt (hinter dem Kühlschrank zu sehen). Das Wasser der Dusche läuft nicht Richtung Abfluss, sondern aus dem Badezimmer raus. Die Tür des Badezimmers sollte nach außen geöffnet werden können. Es ist sehr schwierig auf die Toilette zu kommen, da man sich zwischen Tür und Dusche durch quetschen muss.
