Ubicado a apenas 10 minutos andando de Monastiraki, tiene todo lo necesario y el personal fue muy amable esperándonos hasta tarde (hubo retraso en el vuelo) y dejándonos un brioche y agua para poder comer.

Zentrale Lage zwischen den Stadtteilen Metaxourgeio und Psyrri, in Gehdistanz zu Hauptattraktionen der Stadt. Eine Gegend im Übergang zwischen Verwahrlosung, Chinatown/Little India und Trendquartier mit angesagten Lokalen; alles vorhanden. Das Appartement ist nett, einfach, preiswert und bietet was man so braucht: WLAN, Küche, Heizung usw.. Es hat alles funktioniert. Tipp: Steckdose zur Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Küche. Der Service rund um Anreise, check-in/out war super. Was wir auch geschätzt haben, waren die bewusst vorhandenen, kleinen, besonders für Kurzaufenthalte praktischen Küchenvorräte (Salz, Öl, Reis, Tee & Co.). Begrünter Balkon vorhanden, nicht besonnt.

Das Quartier ist weder hübsch, noch gilt es als sicher. Das Gebäude, in dem sich das Appartement befindet ist muffig und trist. Fairerweise zu sagen: Beides entzieht sich dem Einfluss des Vermieters. Synthetische Bettwäsche.

The owner is very good, they offered us wine in our room, they also left water to drink and cake. We are satisfied during our stay, there is everything we need, as we are in our house. We will come back again!

it was very clean, ideally it's good for 2 persons though we were three. Monesteraki was about 10 to 15 mts walk. neighborhood hood is full of garments wholesale sellers from far east. if you don't want to be in the middle of the busy shopping and restaurants districts then this property is value for money.
