Glencairn Haven

Lovely hosts. The unit is spacious and nicely furnished, super comfortable sofas that have flip out foot rests! Massive cupboards, washing machine and tumble dryer. Office table to work on and secure parking. Very quiet, no noise from the main house is audible from the unit. Definitely will be our accommodation of choice for when we have courses running at False Bay. Bed was comfortable, very warm bedding and a heater was provided. Hosts generously also provided a 5L water and a fresh milk. There is handwashing soap and body wash in the bathroom.

The cutlery was a little limited. A nice, sharp cutting knife would be a good addition and a bread knife. There was a kitchen towel holder but no paper, which is perfectly fine but just ensure to bring your own paper towel or napkins. The only thing that was a bit of a snag was the bedside tables. They were very low in comparison to height of the bed, making it a little awkward to place things down or pick up once in bed. Only the 1 side had plugs for phone chargers and only 1 side had a bedside lamp but it is a fixed downward facing lamp so couldn't use it to read in bed unfortunately.

The place is stunning. The hosts are Amazing. Really just amazing overall. I'm definitely staying there again.
