Great location! It is a charming house, full of character. I would choose to stay there again.
It was dusty on shelves and in corners. It stirred up some allergies.
I would suggest installing grab bars in the bathrooms for showers and tubs.

Liked that there was plenty of towels. Didn’t like the mold/mildew in the primary bedroom sitting area. The laundry room was excellent & we appreciated they had plenty of laundry detergent. Would have liked some dryer sheets, but that wasn’t a big deal. Being that it was advertised as family friendly, we felt it should be better maintained, with safety in mind. The deck was in very poor shape & there were railroad ties with large nails sticking out of them! We didn’t like that one of the toilet bowl cleaners looked to be full of paper & poop, that was very gross! All-in-all we felt it was a cool house with great potential, but it definitely needs some improvements made & in the cleaning/care of the property.
