The property was very quiet and close to seagull beach and walk to an association beach. The yard was fenced off for the dog.
There was flies inside the house. Even though all the doors and windows were closed they still got inside. And dead flies were in the bathroom

It was a cute and comfortable to stay at. It was a great neighborhood and close to many things.
There were a few minor items like the outside like wasn’t working but nothing major.

Close to beach
Needs repairs inside with furniture, cabinets , bathroom shower handle, and new rug in bedroom which is stained and a trip hazard.
