SM Jazz (and I think every SM property) has this requirement where you need to submit an ID with photo before arrival for the gate pass and had to be processed before arrival, where the admin office is only available until 6pm. I almost did not get to stay because I booked this stay while before boarding a long-haul flight from the US and only got to see the property's request for a photo ID when I arrived in Manila just before 6pm. Kudos to the property owner for rushing the submission for the gate pass. But I find this such a hassle and this detail should have been immediately made known even prior to booking.

De locatie is erg goed, het complex van buiten ziet er mooi uit en ook het zwembad, waar je wel apart voor moet betalen Verder heeft het complex en de kamer een ernstig vochtprobleem. Overal zit schimmel en het ruikt stevig naar vocht, ondanks de minimaal 10 geur verdrijvers. Ook lag de kamer volmet lange zwarte haren, ik ben echt wel wat gewend, maar vond het niet heel schoon. De balkondeur kan niet op slot, iedereen kan van het balkon zo de kamer in, ik hoop dat het snel wordt gerepareerd De communicatie met de host is goed en snel. De receptie is niet zo vriendelijk, de bewakers en de portieren wel. De liften laten vaak lang op zich wachten, maar dat is geen groot probleem
