Localização muito boa, perto da estação de metrô e da praia. Cozinha completa para fazer pequenas refeições. Retirada do lixo sem complexidade.

Die Lage zur Strand war sehr gut, nur ein paar Gehminuten zur Copacabana.

Wir hatten für eine Woche leider nur 1 Handtuch pro Person was leider etwas wenig war. Uns wurde jedoch ein Reinigungsservice gegen Gebühr empfohlen. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig.

Localização excelente perto de tudo, uma excelente padaria/cafeteria bem em frente, próximo à praia e ao metrô. Bem equipado e com equipamento completo, com destaque para a máquina de café expresso (com cápsulas já disponíveis!!!). Proprietária gentil e atenciosa e disponível para solução de problemas.

The location was amazing. It's just a few steps from the Metro and 5min from the beach. There is a laundromat nearby, and Copacabana speaks for itself. The 24/7 portier is convenient. The kitchen and waterfilter were handy.

Careful with the deposit: It is really not necessary and very cumbersome - PIX is preferred, but PayPal is also accepted. The host should consider just blocking the amount on a credit card, therefore not charging until really needed - just like others do... I lost about 10% to the conversion rate (very unnecessary). Bedding for the sofa ONLY if requested in advance and against a sepperate charge - the host will just assume you want to sleep in the double bed together (even though the apartment is advertised for both - bed AND sleeping-sofa). The Aparment is modern but NOT new anymore - some things are borken (the bathroom door is nearly falling apart), there are the bathroom could be cleaner and there are watermarks running down from the AC. You can hear the neighbors pretty clearly. The Touch-Pin Doorlock is finicky and a headage.
