Cosy and very clean every thing we needed was there.

The one thing that let the property down on the second night the toilet roll ran out and we could not find a replacement. So had to improvise.

Good location, just outside Cartmel

Very overpriced for what you get. Paid £380 for 1 night which I think is quite steep for just 1 bedroom unless you’re getting something exceptional. Lounge, kitchen diner all open plan, all fine but nothing to write home about. Basics like tea or coffee aren’t provided which I think for the price, should be a standard. No shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash/ washing up liquid or cleaning products. No wine glasses! Iron wouldn’t work. It did have a small deck outside with a bbq and the location was really good for Cartmel. If you’re going to pay almost £200per person for 1 night, I think there should be small touches to make it worth the price.
