Everything! The view, tje privacy, the laundry facilities, the space, the soaps and shampoos and conditioners, hassle free check in/out, door coded locks, parking, closeness to the beach, price, the balcony, ample amount of towels and such, everything was perfect! I will absolutely be back in April! Pretty sure I found my new spot for the quarterly trips! Thank you very much!

It was very cozy and quiet. Very relaxing
The master bedroom bath tub was stopped up with tons of hair. The toilet kept running. The bathroom light switch is lose and the light would flicker. Not sure if the apartment had just been sprayed for pest there were dead bugs lying around. No signs of live ones though. Some one had apparently patched a hole somewhere and just put the trash from it under the bathroom sink in the front bathroom. We just went and purchased some cleaning supplies and cleaned up really good. And had a wonderful stay. In fact we are planning to come back Dec 2025.
