About this apartment rental
This is a lovely ground floor, corner unit for you to get away from it all with stunning sunset views. The unit is contained within a small 3 story condo complex offering privacy and peace year-round on the water and while you are enjoying the sand, water, pool, gazebo, or fishing pier. The Harbor Home has corner windows in the living room with view of the water and a master retreat with views of the sound and a comfortable king mattress. It is located on the ground floor for easy access to the beach and no stairs. The white sand is exactly 30 steps from your patio. The kitchen has new stainless appliances (2022), granite, and oak cabinets. A new front load washer and dryer was installed in 2023. The Harbor Home is located on the sound side of the island and offers community charcoal grills under the covered gazebo, bike racks, and the capability to kayak, paddle board, or boat. So bring your kayak, paddle board, bike, boat, or jet ski. There is no trailer parking provided. There is gulf beach access with free parking just across the street, which is about an 8 minute walk or 1 minute drive. The building is adjacent to the Gulf Island National Seashore as well, which hosts miles of undeveloped beach with a bike path. So come see why Navarre is the best untold secret of Florida!

The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the bay and the distance to the dock for fishing was perfect. Would highly recommend for your next relaxing vacation.

We've stayed 4 times at Sunset Harbor Palms and this condo is the ideal location for us. My husband spends most of his time on the pier and I can sit on the patio and watch him or join him. Sunsets each night and dolphins in the sound in the morning. The only draw back was staying Memorial Day weekend and there were noisy tenants upstairs with children who ran up and down the halls constantly and a strange mechanical knocking noise that sounded to be plumbing related that would wake us up at odd hours but had nothing to do with this accommodation. All and all a comfortable stay.

We loved this condo. Great location and very well maintained. Loved the 1st floor right next to the water. When we got there, it had not been cleaned yet but we contacted Melanie and she took care of it immediately
