Perfect for a small family

Everything in the house was up to expectations, very friendly neighbours, host was always responsive on chat. Check in smooth. Great location. We stayed at this property for a week, myself, my mum and my daughter. Great value for money | Will rent again and recommend to others! Keep it up!! 👍

Disappointing. Not sure why previous reviews are so positive.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

The location isn’t great. Very noisy outside, lots of people shouting near the shops late at night and music playing. This is especially disturbing as some of the windows don’t close fully. The sofa in the lounge is really uncomfortable to sit on. The property needs renovating and some of the stair treads feel unsafe.

The only thing I didn’t like : The bed linen not good quality. Polyester it doesn’t feel nice. Some bed sheets were full of bobbles quite disgusting to be fair, I had to cover it with my own blanket. Please renew the bed sheets.

Space in each room was great. Massive bedrooms and really comfy living room. Equipments in house were super.

Total fraud.

We enjoyed leaving the property as soon as we were able to find a hotel that has rooms for the whole family. nothing else was enjoyable in relation to the accomodation.

Grubby, dirty carpets, stunk of cigarettes, smelled a little of marijuana upstairs, broken steps to the stairs, broken bannister to 2 sections (dangerous to small children), grubby to the point that the TV remotes were dirty/sticky to the touch. On the whole this was a horrible apartment to be fooled into taking my family to, and I will need to consider if I use Booking.com again as the apartment proudly displayed how it holds a 9.4 score with you..

Good location, wonderful host, and overall a pleasant house

We stayed in Milton Keynes to celebrate my husband’s 40th Birthday. The house itself is in a very good location, it has parking right outside the front door but upon your arrival you are greeted by a flight of stairs which was something I didn’t expect. The living room/kitchenette/dining area are all in one room along with a separate double bedroom, all of which are on the first floor. Another flight of stairs leads to the bedroom with the two double beds (however one is two singles pushed together and one of the single beds unfortunately does not have a headboard) and a bathroom. The house definitely could have been cleaner in places and there is little space to store items in the kitchen area but there is a Coop right next door and a Premier convenience store across the road so if travelling with children like we did, I would recommend not bringing or ordering in too much food. The house could definitely do with some more homely touches; it feels very much like it was once student housing as opposed to a home away from home. The host Femi was absolutely fantastic- cannot fault him! He was brilliant. A couple of issues arose doing our stay so I messaged him through the booking.com app and he was very responsive and helpful. Wonderful host!
