Location was perfect, local to all shops, stations and buses. Spaces annex, all amenities mention in description was there. In the image it showed 1 sofa there was in fact 2 big sofas. Booklet on all routes and amenities was provided. Wifi exceptionally fast.

We do really like the unit itself. It’s very private, has a fenced area, feels secure with a locked gate, and the seating area and parking are great. Comfy sofa to watch TV after a long day out!

Things broken & missing! Unfortunately there are a lot of issues that have really affected our stay. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is rock hard and the bed frame makes loud metal noises whenever you move, which wakes everyone up. When we stay longer than one night, we always wake up with painful backs, necks and shoulders due to the poor sleep. Even tried the camp need and they was worse with springs digging into your back. Every morning at around 7am there is a high-pitched beeping noise coming from the meter in the cupboard, which is very disruptive & have to get out of bed to press a button to make it stop! The kitchen cleanliness was disappointing. Every plate was dirty, so we had to wash everything before using it. There were pistachio nuts left in a bowl that looked like they’d been there for a very long time. There was no sponge, so we had to wash up using our hands, and the hot water runs out after about two minutes, meaning we’re left washing dishes in cold water. There’s also no sink plug, so we couldn’t even boil a kettle to use hot water instead. The front door key gets stuck and is very difficult to unlock — at one point we nearly had to climb out of the window. There are hardly any utensils provided: no scissors (only blunt herb scissors that don’t work properly), just two forks and two knives. This is our second time staying here. The bottom oven still doesn’t work, so we had to cook everything in the small top grill, which isn’t ideal. On our first stay, which we thought the issues were just a one-off, but the first stay 2024 we arrived to find mouldy pans with leftover food in them just left in the oven. When we left, we saw the cleaner simply pick up the duvets and put them back in the cupboard. This made us question whether the bedding is properly changed and cleaned. The cleaner was also quite aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable. This was our second stay and, unfortunately, “second time lucky” wasn’t the case.
