Studio flat Gants Hill with Free Parking

Clean, had AC, onsite parking, totally separate entrance, well maintained.

We were couple, 2 separate beds were a bit awkward. Mattress would’ve been better(not the best one)

We stayed here for three nights and honestly couldn't fault it. The studio is much more spacious than the photos suggest, with plenty of room to relax. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the free private parking. Having somewhere safe to leave the car in London is a huge bonus and made our trip so much easier. Although the studio is situated at the back of the garden, we actually saw this as a real positive. It felt very private, peaceful and separate from the main house, so we could completely relax. It was also surprisingly quiet throughout our stay. The owner was welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in via the lockbox was straightforward (exactly as described in the listing), but it was still reassuring to know the owner was available if needed. I noticed some reviews mentioning the mattresses. Personally, we found the beds very comfortable and slept really well. Mattress firmness is such a personal preference that it doesn't seem fair to judge a property on something that will naturally suit some people more than others. Overall, this is excellent value for money: spacious, quiet, private, comfortable and with the added bonus of free parking. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.

There is parking at the property which a huge bonus in London. The keys were very easy to collect from the lock box. The property is a good size for one or two with kitchen and bathroom. The living area has a sofa, TV and beds.

Some areas need attention, the cleaning wasn't the best with cobwebs in the kitchen, marks on the bedding. The beds are singles, and they aren't big singles at all. The TV is connected via the internet, which sometimes need prompting to connect in order to watch TV.

The property is very secure and has free parking, a nice kitchen and bathroom . Very quiet good heating, very comfortable stay.

Unfortunately the mattress on both single beds are very old and uncomfortable, they desperately need replacing.
