Idyllic Suite in the Heart of Tammisaari

Excellent location, lovely peaceful neighborhood, kind owners, enjoyable space, plush gardens, a block from the shoreline and harbor. I would stay again!

Majapaikka on erinomaisella paikalla, tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja hyvin varusteltu. Tasokas paikka Tammisaareen tutustumiseen. Autolle oli ilmainen paikka kadun varressa.

Hinta on melko korkea, mutta Tammisaaressa taitaa olla hyvin kysyntää. Television puute ei meitä häirinnyt, mutta voi harmittaa joitakin asiakkaita. Olisin kaivannut kirjallista opastusta, miten roskat halutaan lajiteltavan, mutta sellaista ei ollut.

We had an outstanding stay in this large, extensively renovated apartment in a restored former vicarage. It is stylish, exceptionally comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The furnishings, appliances, and equipment all appeared to be in like-new condition. The fully equipped kitchen is excellent for preparing meals, the living room has ample comfortable seating, and the bedroom has a large, comfortable bed with luxurious linens and towels. The ground-floor apartment is bright, with room-darkening shades on the main windows and blackout curtains in the bedroom that help considerably during Finland’s long summer days. The bathroom is beautiful, with a modern shower and particularly well-designed glass doors. The Wi-Fi was reliable and very fast. The gated grounds and gardens are stunning, and the dedicated bicycle-storage room was especially valuable to us. The location is excellent: a short walk from the town square, shops, restaurants, and waterfront, yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything! There is no TV, but that was a non-issue for us. Adding a TV would probably block one of the large windows in the living room. We liked it the way it was with great light and nice views of the property.
