The initial handover of keys and explanation of property.
Short and simple. Very informative for local eateries.
Fans provided for every room.
Universal power block in each room.
Port to try.
Need to be aware there are no lifts.
You need to be able to carry all bags up and down 2 flights of stairs.
No air conditioning.

Flat was spacious, clean and with all the necessary facilities.
Excellent host who met us at the property with keys, provided us with very useful information, was extremely accommodating and on hand if we had any little queries or difficulties, ironed out minor problems/challenges.
Location was just outside the main tourist area, which we liked, but all tourist highlights were easily accessible by foot.
