Mohamed and Ayoub were very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty. The room was spotless. The riad was very quiet, despite being right off the main square. The front door was accessed by a key, and kept locked at all times. The roof terrace was small, but nicely decorated with plants and ornaments. I would definitely stay again if travelling on a budget.

Central location and assistance from Mohamed and Ayoub on arrival, during my stay and on departure. I hurt my wrist and rib whilst hiking which made it difficult for me to carry my own luggage and Mohamed got me to the riad on arrival and to my taxi on departure quickly and safely. I lost my phone charger and Ayoub lent me his saving me trying to buy one that i only needed for one day/night. Location is excellent for the medina. The ladies cleaning the riad were lovely. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a two night stay. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and Mohamed made sure I had my breakfast before I left for the airport on my departure day which was appreciated. Ayoub arranged for an airport transfer at a very reasonable cost. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean and air conditioning worked well. Rooftop terrace was the perfect place to chill and watch the storm cross over the city on my last night whilst being able to keep dry as part of the terrace is covered. Could not fault the staff and property and highly recommend the riad for a stay in Marrakech. Will definitely return (hopefully without injury and a bit more able to enjoy this wonderful riad and city).

There really was not anything that i did not like. I had everything I needed and was well looked after.
