Przestronna dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, miłe dodatki w przestrzeni, fakt, że mimo lokalizacji przy ruchliwej ulicy (okno wychodziło na bok) było w środku cicho i spokojnie. Możliwy był pobyt z psem bezpłatnie, pani sprzątająca super sympatyczna, sprawne samozameldowanie, proste instrukcje, cena za samodzielny pokój, dobra organizacja wspólnej lodówki (przypisanie konkretnej półki do pokoju)
Drobne usterki - uszkodzona słuchawka od prysznica, co utrudniało mycie się, Junkers, który miał swoje humorki pod względem temperatury wody pod prysznicem.

Горячая вода практически отсутствовала. Принять душ было практически нереально, а тем более вымыть голову. Напор слабый две минуты горячая вода есть потом 10 минут льется ледяная! Из холодильника украли еду! Не рекомендую
