Fantastic location for a great neighbourhood stay with easy access by bus or metro to the whole city. The local square is perfect for relaxing with a drink after a long day sightseeing.
The WiFi was flakey but Chris did try to fix it and did but it fell over again so we gave up as we had our phones anyway.

Great location to be out of the centre of Athens but easy enough to get in and out. Also, Kipseli is a great neighbourhood.
