ELPIS Vintage Residence-3min from Victoria Station

Apartament jest świetnie zlokalizowany, zaraz przy stacji metra. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, wnętrze klimatyczne. Duży taras. Bardo wygodne łóżko. Kuchnia i łazienka bez zastrzeżeń. Okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna, nie słychać ulicznego ruchu. W pobliżu mini market, piekarnia. Pieszo można dojść do centrum Aten. 3 minuty pieszo od apartamentu znajduje się kamienica, w której mieszkała Maria Callas.

Very close to a metro station it was very Convenient to reach main stations Three minutes from the Airbnb. It has all the devices such as iron coffee maker microwave TV vacuum cleaner everything you need. The stove is electric and works well. You have AC and heater which is convenient this Airbnb is different from the regular beige ones. It has its unique touch. We really liked spending almost 10 days in this apartment. The owner is very reachable accessible. Whenever you have a question they would answer a few minutes back. We totally recommend this place..

This isn't about the apartment itself, but you just need to know that it has 2 Terraces and you have very strong vis a vis. And I feel the walls are thin because you can hear sometimes the noise of outside and the Neighbourhood, but it is not a big deal at all. We were not disturbed by it at all.

I liked the size. It was a spacious house my toddler had space to move about. It really is a vintage setting. Make sure that’s the vibe you’re looking for.

Hot water heating needed better instruction to switch from the mains. But the host replied within 10 minutes and we resolved that.

L’appartement est très proche de la gare de Monastiraki, ce qui est très pratique pour les trajets aller-retour vers l’aéroport. Pour se balader dans le centre-ville, tout est également à proximité. La station de métro de la ligne 1 est à seulement 5 minutes maximum à pied. Concernant l’appartement, c’était comme une véritable visite touristique : on avait l’impression de voyager dans les années 40 ! Chaque pièce est une véritable œuvre d’art. Il y a trois grands balcons : un dans la chambre à coucher, un dans le salon et un autre de l’autre côté, avec de petits fauteuils. Tout était parfait et très propre. Je pense même que je suis l’une des premières personnes, voire la première, à avoir réservé cet appartement, et franchement, je suis ravie de l’avoir découvert ! J’y ai passé une journée et j’aurais vraiment aimé y rester plus longtemps. Je recommande particulièrement cet appartement pour un groupe de personnes, car il est très grand, spacieux et confortable. La climatisation fonctionne également parfaitement. Une très belle expérience !
