la posizione ottima, vicinissima all'aereoporto, alla stazione dei bus verdi e al supermercato lidl con inoltre dall'altro lato della strada un locale dove poter mangiare cibo tipico, inoltre la stanza era dotata di aria condizionata, cuscino extra e lenzuola aggiuntive oltre le coperte.
Non è piaciuto il fatto di dover accendere a parte la caldaia dovendo quindi attendere ogni volta un 20/30 minuti per riscaldare l'acqua, inoltre la stanza emanava un leggero odore sgradevole e la pulizia non era ottima con presenza di peli e macchie.
