Cozy and modern apartment

The owner was very friendly, ensuring everything was ok with my stay. The instructions for check-in and check-out were incredibly helpful and clear. The apartment had all the amenities I needed for my stay and it was nicely decorated with a lot of eclectic knick knacks from various different places which made it a really cosy place. If I ever come back to Corfu for a longer stay I would definitely book this place again as it was within walking distance from all the best places in Corfu!

Дуже сподобалось помешкання. Зручне розташування, я саме вибирала так, щоб було недалеко і від станції автобусів, бо збиралась подорожувати островом, і від центру міста. В квартирі є все необхідне і власником надані чіткі інструкції щодо користування. Зручна комунікація через WhatsApp. Квартира в тихому місці, тільки гучно пролітають літаки низько над будинком. Але не вночі. Я дуже задоволена вибором і вдячна власнику за чудові умови для відпочинку.

I've noticed a bike stored in the common area. I don't know if it was for the use of the guests or stored in the space (like many other things). If it was for the guest it is a nice touch. I did not ask. I'm not into biking withouth a helmet.

It is not elderly friendly: I asked the host for an adress (name of the street and no.) I've received a "wordless" :) response: a link to the location, like you're suppose to walk from the airport. The accomodation is at the 2nd floor no elevator (soo good luck with the trolley up the stairs). The host was "5 words în 5 days" conversational, probably updet that I did not agreed to switch the conversation on whatsapp for the checkin. If you use the Booking platform you use their communication. That is how tourism works. It is not thqt I was nit fluent on digital skills. I work for a tourism department and teach Consumer psychology in tourism. I really think the accomodations'providers should het the skills not just the flat when they decide to rent for tourists. Especially for older tourists. Tourism is not exclusivelly for Gen-Zrs. And nd a lot of negative messages (I mean 11-12 with what you're not suppose to do in the flat -like you book it to bomb the place. Really, if you want to continue renting you have to keep up with how hospitality works. I can't understand the good rating on Booking. It is a fisco from estetics, personal things stored under loker in the rentei space, a tastless mix of old and new, wet and very used towels (you really should think about replacing them now!). And customer skills are mandatory for you to continue renting on booking.
