Logement très agréable à vivre sauf au niveau de la chaleur mais la conciergerie m'a informé qu'une climatisation était commandée, donc le désagrément sera résolu.
La trop proche présence des pigeons!

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su ubicación inmejorable, la amplitud del piso y de sus habitaciones, y las bonitas vistas a los tejados.
En el lado negativo, es un tercer piso sin ascensor (duro con maletas), la limpieza era algo justa, faltaban utensilios como una fregona y se escuchaba mucho ruido de palomas. Ideal si priorizas la zona y el espacio sobre el confort absoluto.

Très bien situé , bonnes explications sur le parking , appartement bien équipé et propre , bonne communication avec l'hote. L'appartement est au 3ème (et non au 4ème) comme on peut lire dans certains commentaires
les communs ( escalier) dont la moquette est vieillissante mais c'est pour dire quelque chose à améliorer et je sais que ça ne dépend pas de l'hote

1) The heater was turned on and was warm upon entering the apartment -- this was so nice in mid-April. 2) It was a very big apartment with a nice layout separating the salon with the sleeping area. 3) The apartment had a lot of natural light. 4) The location being so close to the cathedral. 5) Very comfortable bedrooms both good size and the beds were comfortable. 6) I do not use shoes in the house and walk barefoot -- this apartment felt very clean. 7) I had to work and Wi-Fi was consistent.
1) This is a concergerie managed property which I generally do not like. I felt a little bit nickel and dimed. The check in is at 17h and check out at 10h. If you wanted to arrive early or leave late, you were forewarned multiple times that you must pay. 2) I did not appreciate the number of emails I received prior to arrival and during our stay. The emails all say the same thing about departure time and throwing out the garbage, and removing the sheets and I don't even know what else because the emails were so long I didn't even bother to read it. 3) According to my invoice, I paid 65 euros for cleaning so with all the rules regarding throwing away garbage and removing the sheets, it begs the question -- why am I charged 65 euros for cleaning? I consider the business of lodging/accommodation to be hospitality industry. And often, the concergerie run places feel the exact opposite. It feels INHOSPITABLE. Every time you need anything, you must inform or pay as if, they are doing you a favor by letting you stay and pay for the accommodation. Nothing is provided for the tourist and top of that, you are required to do some points of the cleaning on top of the cleaning fee. So imagine, if you travel with children (I was with my 14-year old teen and it's not fun trying to get them out of bed early) the ridiculous check out times and on top of that the requirements to clean. At minimum, the check in and check out times must match what the hotels offer. And more thought needs to be given to the customer -- not just with the ease of the conciergerie to prepare for the next guest. I sort of wondered if it wasn't generally better to stay in a hotel where after the cleaning fees and check in early fees and check out late fees -- pay a little more and you get full service at a 4-star where no one expects you to remove the bed sheets, take out your trash and close the shutters (no kidding this was a requirement at this place).
