La sala de estar y el aire acondicionado, era un día muy caluroso y estuvimos cómodos dentro. El aparcamiento dentro del edificio es muy útil

El acceso al parking y la parte baja del edificio parece estar a medio terminar

Era bastante espacioso y tenía un parking grande. Para pasar una noche es suficiente y esta MUY BIEN. No tuvimos problema al comunicarnos con el anfitrion

Esta el baño abajo, y las habitaciones arribas (el lavabo y la ducha también arriba). Hay que subir unas escaleras "peligrosas" para subir al segundo piso

La incomoditat per pujar a dalt per persones de certa edat. WC només a baix, habitacions a dalt. Dutxa a dalt

The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from Albi’s city centre, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Sainte-Cécile Cathedral nearby. Frédéric was easy to communicate with, and having air conditioning and private parking was a real bonus. We also enjoyed the large outdoor space, which was lovely for relaxing in the evening.

Unfortunately, the property is in need of maintenance. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep and hazardous, making them unsuitable for young children or elderly guests. Several amenities were outdated or not working properly, including a broken toilet flush, a shower upstairs that leaked into the room below, unstable dining chairs, and a dishwasher that was out of order. Cleanliness could also be improved. The outdoor area was not well maintained, and the bed linen was old, with worn black sheets and a broken zip.
