Mae is the absolute sweetest! She greeted me with coconut water and a chat, and she was so accommodating the whole time I stayed with her (12 days). She even made me breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked and easy to share. The DLR was easy to access via Elverson Rd, only a 5 minute walk from the front door. Loved it.
The ONLY bad thing is that it is seriously 400 meters from the DLR/National Rail track and the train is quite loud when the windows are open. Would recommend earplugs if you stay in summer, but when windows are closed you can’t even hear it. I actually got used to it after a couple of days and stopped noticing it as much, and everything else was so fabulous it doesn’t even knock it down a star!

It feels like home you are at your home only, its very cozy, peaceful, relaxing and nice place… And specially the owner is very helpful and kind hearted person..

The host was super friendly, quick to repond to WhatsApp or via the website and flexible about check -in. I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and a friendly chat. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The DLR and Station are very close, about 5 min walk.
The trains were a bit noisy in the morning
