It is very quiet: above the expectations. The living room and bedroom are lovely and spacious. Both tram and bus strops are close. Supermarkets are close to the building.
Finding the apartment has been a bit challenging. The bathroom door should be fixed.

Very close to the city center. The neighborhood is very quite and beautiful, has a huge market, plus huge organic market, bakeries and grocery stores in front of the building. Wilson Pedestrian is in the same neighborhood so walking to the center is a meditation, tbh.

The apartment is clean, in a great location, and the staff are excellent and responsive. It offers great value for money.
First, I used Google Maps to navigate to the apartment, but the location wasn't accurate. Since I arrived after 8 PM, it took me over half an hour to find it. Second, the lights on the floor where the apartment is located were broken. These things need improvement, but they're not problems with the apartment itself, so I gave it a 10/10 rating!

تعامل الموظفين سيء للغاية ( شركة flak) اللوكيشن يختلف عن العنوان التجاوب بطيء و بعد وصولي لشقه وطلب الكود تم طلب مني وثيقه مطابقة للحجز وانا امام المنزل والحجز كان قبلها بيومين وبعد الارسال تم طلب وثائق المرافقين وكأنها مساوه . الابواب قديمه و الباب الخارجي الكتروني و تم رفض اعطائي الرقم
