Luxury Villa in the heart of Bakuriani

Location was nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The heating was excellent and kept the place very warm. The house was a good size —big enough for our group of six adults.

It wasn’t prepared for our arrival. It wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, and it was missing basic things like trash bags, kitchen soap, toilet paper, and enough towels. I had to rewash all the dishes in the kitchen. The dishwasher was super dirty, and no dishwasher soap was provided until I asked for it. The floors throughout were dusty and grimy. The cabinets had spilled food in them. It was more comfortable after I spent time cleaning. The linens were not particularly comfortable. The covers were not big enough for the beds. And the extra linens provided did not seem clean. The house is advertised as having seven beds. It has three real beds. The other four are rollaway couch beds. I recommend the owner make this more clear in the listing.
