The apartment is in a great location, in an old building but completely renovated. Private parking is right outside the door and extremely helpful. Communication was easy in English. The rooms are all air-conditioned, which is really nice given the temperatures. The amenities included everything you need.
We had to wait a few minutes for the keys to be handed over, which was a bit complicated without a parking space. There were a few minor maintenance issues: The toilet seat was loose and the door handle in one of the bedrooms was not properly secured. In addition, the dishes were not clean, but that was more the fault of the previous tenants than the rental company.
