Superbe appartement T2 à Arras.

Le parking est grand spacieux et facile d accès par l’ascenseur et en voiture, la wifi fonctionne correctement, l’emplacement à 1,2 km du centre ville

Manque de vaisselle, l’appartement n’est pas propre, mobilier fragile : la porte du placard est tombé, douche fragile; la douche s’est arrachée de son support, rideaux de la fenêtre du salon ne tiennent pas se défont facilement, literie pas confortable, bruit de la porte d entrée de l’immeuble, w c maintenu par une cale en bois

Nous avons acheté des verres à pieds que nous d'ailleurs laissé pour les prochains. Pas de plats, ni un saladier. Pour cuisiner, c'est compliqué...les couverts sont en nombre très limité et de mauvaise qualité. La cafetière mettait une heure à passer le café. Le radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas.

Good apartment, nice and clean, excellent underground parking facilities. Walking distance to Arras, (10-15mins), easy to drive to without going through the city centre. Proprietor kept in touch through WhatsApp and was very helpful whenever we needed to know anything 👍

Pillows were lumpy. That's it, no other complaints 👍

Secure parking It was clean (except the bed linen).

Arrival instructions arrived in 31 consecutive messages by whatsapp. One pdf would have worked better. Dirty bedsheets, clean ones were locked in a cupboard, we were given the code after enquiring. No quilt, just a quilt cover. Quilt was also in the locked cupboard. There was no functioning WiFi for the entire period of our stay, which also meant we couldn't use the smart TV as all apps, and connecting a device to it need WiFi! The wall-hung toilet is supported by a block of wood. There are no curtains/blinds on the bedroom window, and completely ineffective strips of transparent fabric hanging on the lounge room window. So your only option for privacy is to keep the shutters down. But this blocks all fresh air and the ability to cool the place down after a hot day. So you can choose no security/privacy and fresh air, or security and privacy but no fresh air. You need to keep the security shutters down in the bedroom if you want to sleep anyway, because there is a bright light on outside the window all night! Note there is no fan or air conditioning in the apartment. We went and bought one of our own.
