Boa localização, fácil estacionar na rua em frente, confortável, barato e tinha tudo o que era necessário, a internet de vez em quando falhava mas não é por aí, voltava devido ao preço/qualidade.
Únicos pontos a melhorar são as formigas que não sei de onde vêm, mas tem em toda a parte da casa. De vez em quando a casa de banho vinha um cheiro a esgoto muito intenso, apenas utilizamos a casa para dormir e notamos que por volta da hora de jantar vinha esse cheiro.

Tout est équipé comme dans un hôtel ! Lits très confortables, climatisation, rangements pour les habits, tout le linge nécessaire, cuisine très équipée, bonne salle de bain.. très propre également., très agréable avec un tout petit bébé.
Uniquement le fait de ne pas avoir de place de parking attitré mais on en trouve très facilement devant l’appartement.

Cheiro a esgoto no apartamento e falta de climatização (era gelado!). Apartamento completamente despido e obras por acabar. Pouco confortável. Roupa de cama e toalhas muito desgastadas e com buracos. Duche de dimensões minúsculas.
