Хорошая студия, просто, чисто. Приятный вежливый хозяин. В пяти- десяти минутах транспорт - автобус, трамвай, троллейбус. Отличный вай-фай, бойлер - вода быстро греется. На кухне есть все необходимое. Отличный вариант на несколько дней и соответствие цена- качество.

No place to dry your clothes

The price is very affordable, in a 5 minute walk there’s a tram to the city centre. The owner commented clearly and fast.

The place was not clean, there were black hair on the floor in the main room and in the bathroom. The floor looked like it was not even vacuumed. The bedsheets had holes from cigarettes. There was some issue with the floor in the bathroom, it was kinda leaking and I would all the time step into those liquid, even thought I wiped it several times. I also couldn’t manage how to turn on hot water so I had to shower in cold water. And I couldn’t find big towels. The fridge is located in quite an oddly way so that it’s really challenging to open the door and either put something inside or take something out. The studio is located in a big building and the door is not very good so you could hear people outside of the apartment, it was not comfortable. I didn’t feel safe.
