Location. Two minutes from the town frontage.
Generous welcome pack! (wine & beer and greeting card).
Hot water (a long time to heat and low pressure).
No plug in bathroom sink.

Location was excellent, one street back from beachfront and shops/facilities. Well appointed little flat with good use of space.
Door lock sticky and awkward, couch could do with being replaced as it is well used and lacks proper support. Garden area is shared by other occupants of building and is accessed by a flight of stone steps which may cause issues for people with mobility issues.
