Location, bright and airy but improvements needed like cleanliness and furniture upgrades needed.
Not clean enough, oven so dirty that I don't know the last time it was cleaned.
Towels and bedding was cleaned but strained so need replacing, maybe dark colours would be best.
Furniture upgrades needed, corner sofa and bedside tables as they smelt of damp and sofa knackered.
There was a leak which the management company did get a plumber round for but was still leaking when we left.
A washing machine is minimum requirement and could easily be fitted.
The front door was a nightmare to open and lock cause it worked the opposite way you'd normally work a door so better instructions needed and the key lock needs to be lowered.
I've noticed the same comments but nothing has been done, these are really easily fixed, please pass onto the owner as would have been a 10 out of 10 and think 7 is a bit generous.

Location. Two minutes from the town frontage.
Generous welcome pack! (wine & beer and greeting card).
Hot water (a long time to heat and low pressure).
No plug in bathroom sink.
Bigger shower head would be good?
