Central lovcation, great host, but property not clean, and some amenities not provided.

Central location, easy arrangement for access, staff were exceptional, and extremely helpful.

Unfortunately the property was not very clean (im sorry), there were no toiletries as specified, though there was loo roll, the heating did not work properly, so the property was pretty cold, nothing like a tea towel or cloth to wipe surfaces, huge damp patch next to pillow area on bed, curtain missing from one of the sofa area windows, compromising privacy, no lamp in bedroom (but i did bring in the living room lamp-so that was ok). With a more effort to maintain the property this would’ve gained a better score. Cleanliness is rule 1 in my book.

Great value for money

Good price, good equipment, free coffee capsules, tv with Netflix and Amazon. It's very close to the central station and relatively quiet. The access is very easy. The host is very responsive and attentive.

The pillows are quite bad and uncomfortable. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people singing or going to the toilet. The neighborhood is a bit diverse. We would have loved to have some tea bags. The apartment door is a bit low and should be raised a bit.

terrible

We booked the apartment on the same day, just 2 hours before arrival. When we arrived, no one sent us any instructions on how to get into the apartment. We called, wrote messages, and waited. In the end, we booked another hotel. After some time, they finally contacted us and sent the instructions, but it was already too late. When we tried to get a refund for the apartment, we were ignored — only through customer support did we finally manage to get our money back after much trouble. It was a terrible experience.

3rd time in Antwerp and am always lucky with nice host

Exactly as the pictures, nice clean decent looking property and area.. safe and comfort with enough space for a studio apartment it more than spacious and everything you need is there for your comfort,, nice bed nice sofa couch you can even make your own meal even though I don’t cook or tv person.

Everything is good can’t complain but 3rd time in Antwerp I notice all the stairs are same so that not host fault, tourist just need to becareful with the stair especially with luggage’s

Not up to standard.

Open unit with couch, mini kitchen, closed bathroom and desperate corner with double bed.

Serious roadworks makes entering difficult. Bathroom shower floor was not clean, glasses in the kitchen were not clean. No tea towel, no towel in the kitchen. Tv not operational.

aangenaam verblijf

het was een goeie plek om te slapen. dicht bij het centraal station van Antwerpen. En ook was de Afwas Dome goed bereikbaar vanaf de accommodatie. alle noodzakelijke produchten waren aanwezig (besetek, handenoeken, stijltang,....) Ook kregen 2 suikerwafels die in een mandje zaten en was er kofie beschikbaar om te maken via het koffiemachine. kwa prijsverhouden is dit een goeie plek!

het was een beetje koud in de kamer een extra deken zou er voor kunnen zorgen dat het iets warmen is tijdens de nacht. Ook waren de gordijnen een beetje stuk waardoor er toch nog licht van buiten de kamer binnen kwam.

Handdoeken waren oud en versleten. Matras van het bed was erg vies en oud. Bed lag ook niet lekker.

Hoe vriendelijk de mensen waren, goed app contact

Wij hadden niet naar de omgeving gekeken en kwamen we achter dat het in een buurt zitten waar wij ons niet fijn voelde. Voor de rest was de kamer prima alleen viel de onderkant van de keuken er bijna af. Als je uit het raam kijkt bij het bed zagen we prikkeldraad en knuffels van kleine kinderen.

L'apartament està correcte.

Tota la zona en obres i això ho feia una mica més tediós i brut. El barri en general és sorollós de dia. Les escales per pujar a l'apartament eren molt estretes i fosques.

Gute Lage, aber schmutziges abgewohntes Apartment

Wer relativ zentral gelegen. Kommunikation zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Wohnung war kalt, hellhörig, schmutzig, abgewohnt. Beim hinsetzen auf die Toilette musste man aufpassen, dass man nicht mit samt der Toilette umfällt, weil diese nicht fest am Boden verschraubt war. In der Dusche war teilweise mit Schwarzschimmel befallen und der Abfluss nur mit einer Auflage aus Silikon abgedeckt und darunter war ein tiefes Loch, wo man aufpassen musste nicht mit seinem Fuß stecken zu bleiben und sich ggf. etwas zu verletzten. Die Heizungen wurden nicht richtig warm am Anfang und der Fußboden war komplett gefliest, was es extrem kalt machte in der Wohnung, es war sehr unangenehm da drüber zu laufen. Das war leider nur ein Bruchteil dessen, was wirklich Grenzwertig an der Wohnung war. Für die Baustelle vor der Tür kann der Vermieter nichts. Kann ich leider so nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schlafen auf einer Baustelle

Die Kaffeemaschine und Kaffepäds.

Es gab keinen Platz,nicht einmal für einen kurzen Stopp des Autos Ab 6 Uhr gab es draußen Lärm und es war unmöglich zu schlafen.Die Bratpfanne war nicht für den Gebrauch geeignet. Keine Bodenmatte am Eingang.
