It was one noght stay. Would say ok.
Location is well accessible. Kitchen is well equipped.
Hot water was not worked. If there is need pf earlier switch on of heating system, there was not info provided.

Just OK for a short trip
1. Location was OK. All locations in walkable distance. 2. The service of housekeeper was ok. He was always available for any request. I would not prefer this room for future visits.
1.The room is in 2nd floor and the Steep stairs are not easy climb. 2. Room is too small, the bed is really small for a family of 3. The sofa is too small for any one to sleep. 3. The electric heaters may not be sufficient for really cold winter weather. There were 2 heaters, when you switch on both heaters at the same time the electric fuse gets out. So it is only possible to use just 1 Heater at a time. Which means, either the bedroom can be kept warm or the main hall. Not both at same time.

Great apartment in the centre of Antwerp; can recommend.
Well furnished, renovated, clean, cozy, quiet property located in the Heart of Antwerp (quite literally). Total value for money, and sufficient for the needs of a couple. Sheltered parking available a few streets away (22.5€ per day).
No real negatives, but if I had to mention one thing that could improve is availability of plug points to charge devices.

Good value accommodation reasonably near Antwerp Central station.
Spacious accommodation with useful facilities including wifi, fan, kettle, Senseo coffee maker (uses coffee pads not capsules), fridge etc.. The bed and sofa were comfortable. Plenty of hangers for the clothes rail. Instant hot water from gas boiler located in the bathroom. Powerful shower with good size tray. Quiet. Easy walking distance from Brussels Centraal station and near Richard tram stop and Beerlovers bar. There is a nearby Carrefour express supermarket. A bottle of beer in the fridge and some left over packaged food was welcome.
In late June, it made sense to keep all the black out curtains closed to keep the space as cool as possible. Although there was a low table with a glass surface by the sofa, there was no dining table or dining chairs. The stairs to the second floor apartment are quite steep and narrow. As there was no answer when I pressed doorbells at the property it was necessary to phone the number advised to arrange admittance.

It was very convenient 11 min walk from central station, quiet place and comfortable with enough space and all the amenities that you need. I would stay again as it is a great value for money in Antwerp.
