It is a really nice and calm apartment with great location and a garage for our car.

The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning was a dream in 34 degrees. The city center is just a few blocks away.

There was no elevator in the building which was not the idealist with an old dog.

Pleasant stay

Easy check in. Spacious apartment, looks like a normal flat. Everything seemed clean. Coffee is free in the apartment. All in all, solid 8/10

Instructions only in German. Apartment is nice, but it was very hot, no fan or AC. Building is old, and it smells like an old building.

Eine angenehme Ausszeit!

Die Wohnung ist für einen Besuch von Villach perfekt gelegen. In der Innenstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus an sich ist etwas laut, aber für ein paar Tage ist es okay.

Appartamento in zona residenziale tranquilla a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Villacco. Utilissimo il parcheggio privato per la macchina. Appartamento pulitissimo e accogliente dotato di ogni comfort. Promosso!

Das ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof kann man nachts die Fenster nicht geöffnet lassen, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man die Züge kaum.

Apartament curat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un citybreak. Am găsit in apartament un pat confortabil , o bucătărie utilata cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie in caz ca iti dorești sa gătești. In pretul cazarii era inclus și cate un Erlebniscard pentru fiecărei persoana cazata, cu el am avut anumite facilități in anumite locații.

De dichte bereikbaar van trein, bus en een supermarkt. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaren van het appartement.

Alles was goed.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, er war jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, inclusive einer Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeepads (für mich sehr wichtig) vor Ort. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof und der schönen Innenstadt von Villach entfernt.

Durch die Bahnhofsnähe leider etwas laut, aber dafür gibt es Ohropax.

Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Die fußläufige Lage zum Stadtzentrum bzw. Hauptbahnhof von Villach und die gute Ausstattung der Küche, dem fantastischen Fernseher mit dem wir die Nachrichten von Zuhause schauen konnten und das alles sehr sauber war. Da wir auf der Durchreise waren war die abschließbare Garage ganz hervorragend.

Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden. Sie war ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Sie war schöner, als wir es uns im Vorraus vorgestellt haben. Der Schließfachcode und der Ort des Schließfaches wurde uns am Tag der Anreise übermittelt. Die Garageneinfahrt ist nicht gerade riesig, aber für unseren Ford Puma reichte es. So eine Garage ist schon ein kleiner Luxus. Kleiner Tip: Die Steckdose im Badezimmer funktioniert nur bei eingeschaltetem Licht!

Das einzige was wir etwas vermisst haben, ist ein kleiner Safe o.ä. in der Wohnung.

Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wir haben vom15.09. - 22.09.24 Villach besucht. Das Haus, in dem unser Apartment war, sah von außen zunächst nicht sehr ansprechend aus. Der Eindruck hat sich schnell relativiert. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, mit allem eingerichtet, was wir benötigten, einem riesigen Fernseher (falls man Wert darauflegt) ausgestattet und das Auto stand in einer eigenen Garage. Zum Bahnhof benötigte man ca 2 min und konnte dort seine Frühstücksbrötchen kaufen.

Hat perfekt gepasst.

Nette kleine Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe erolgte kontaktlos und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unterstützend.

Falls man sehr lärmempfindlich ist, könnte die nahe Eisenbahn sowie die vorbeiführende Straße als etwas störend wirken.
