Light, clean, comfi. Terrasse is definitely a plus, even in December
Two absolutely minor things…elevator is very small. One German and one Dutch fit in, but no luggage then. And the bathtub is also very small.

La terrasse est vraiment bien pour quand il fait beau. Très bien situé. Propriétaire s'arrangeant.
Salle de bain à refaire, la chasse de toilette est absolument à refaire.
