La Badia

Amazing location in the middle of the Tusacan hills, surrounded by olive groves and a beautiful garden. The location is super strategic - peaceful and quiet while very well connected. Eating under the trees was just wonderful. There are donkeys and horses - our kids loved them! The traditional stone-built house is a marvel. The host family is very kind once you talk to them but you can keep your privacy if you want to. Try also their home made olive oil, very good! We'd gladly return. The pool is a great plus - the water was still pretty cold at the beginning of April but swimming surrounded by the beautiful landscape was a treat!

All was great! There were some ants (well, it' nature!) but the hosts immediately intervened with some natural products and the ants were not bothering us anymore. And just pay attention to the instructions (we did not, our fault, when re-reading it, it was all there) and bring some cash as a security deposit. They'll return it at the end. But the host was super accommodating and we could easily bring it the next day...
