Villa Feliz

The villa is very attractive, very well equipped (with a full kitchen, A/C, clothes washing/drying, very nice pool, great terrace with beautiful sea views, a good garage for 2 cars, plenty of towels and chairs/tables, etc) and in a great location: close enough to Kotor for fairly easy access and yet far enough away to avoid of the traffic madness of the city, with walking access to the sea immediately below the villa in a location that didn't get crowded (which is a real plus in July). Best of all was the host, Branislav. A very nice, flexible and extremely helpful guy who lives close by and is very reachable in the case of any questions/issues about the villa or the immediate area.

We had a problem with the water (which was salty -- apparently a problem with the area water supply that will hopefully be fixed soon) and the TVs were a little hard to understand/make work, but other than that, everything was great.

This villa has all the added extras you could hope for. The rooms were huge, views were amazing! Hosts were lovely. Went the extra mile in organising a trip from the Quay across the road. Pool was perfect for the hot days Terrace at the front, perfect for meals in the evening

There was nothing I didn’t like about the villa

The property was ideally located 10 minutes from the walled old city of Kotor and a one minute walk to the Bay for swimming and some wonderful small family run restaurants. It was beautifully appointed with everything you could want. A gorgeous patio/balcony with stunning views and a BBQ. The infinity edge view with lounges was the perfect place to read and relax. The house was gorgeous with ample living space and gorgeous bedrooms. The highlight was our host, Branislav. He and his wife could not have made us more welcome. They were there to welcome us on arrival and organised groceries and wine for our arrival as requested, had a boat company collect us from our nearest deck for a boat ride around the Bay, baked us a beautiful apple tart , left with complimentary local wines and put us on to a local chef to cook for a birthday celebration. Just extraordinary service!

Tout . La décoration somptueuse, l’espace , toutes les pièces étaient grandes . La vue sur les Bouches de Kotor. L’emplacement non loin de Kotor et des lieux touristiques . C’était une semaine de rêve. Je ne peux que recommander cette belle demeure et ses hôtes tellement adorables.
