Удобное расположение, есть своя парковка, вид с терассы великолепный (завтракали всегда там), свой бассеин на крыше тоже замечательный. Аппартаменты современные (кроме вопроса сан-узлов), чистые. Хозяин тоже хороший, отзывчивый, всегда на связи.
Аппартаменты рассчитаны на 6-х, но в них всего 1,5 сан-узла - этого точно мало для 6-х, а нам вчетвером (2 взрослых+2ребенка) было вполне норм. Я бы добавила навес/зонт от солнца в зоне бассеина, ну и некоторые бытовые мелочи на кухню.
