The property is much larger than it looks on the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice to have robes too. Bojan met us and showed us everything and was very welcoming. We appreciated the wine. View is exceptional especially from pool. We appreciated the umbrella. Balcony on main floor is also much larger than we were expecting

It would have been useful to know it was cash on arrival but Bojan did accept bank transfer for part payment. You could hear some road noise on main balcony but not by pool. It didn’t bother us but if you are sensitive to noise it might annoy others.

This was a real treat to end our holiday in Beautiful Montenegro! The pool was fantastic & very easy to access from the room with a brilliant shower that I used every day. Short walk to Kotor Old Town along the seafront & plenty of restaurants around. Spacious accommodation with a small bathroom & extra toilet (but the shower by the pool was an extra bonus), large TV and spacious balcony. Garage was easy to access too. Sun is not on the balcony morning or evening which was fab! Hosts were so helpful & friendly! Highly recommend since I was worried from some comments in the reviews.

They provided water for the stay but I think they might as well include it as standard since tap water is not safe for use in Kotor Bay

Modern apartment. Good aircon and very comfortable rooms. Towels and linen were changed mid-week.Very clean with lovely pool on the roof and spectacular view of Kotor Bay. Short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The apartment is smaller than appears on the photos. The photos on line focus heavily on the poot, the views, towels and the coffee facilities and there is probably a reason for that. It is all on one floor having one living area covering sofas, the dining area and kitchen. To get to the pool you leave the flat and go up the communal stairs to the roof. There is one combined lounge-diner and kitchen area just as you walk into the flat. That room probably measures 6m x 8m. 3 bedrooms. Two are twin and only one double room. All the rooms have enough space for the beds and storage but they are not what you would call spacious. None of the rooms are ensuite. One bathroom with a shower, the other is just a cloakroom ( toilet and sink) . So if there are 6 of you you share one shower. The hot water is one tank so when it has been used up you have to wait for a shower (get in there early!). The flat overlooks the main road into Kotor which is quite fast and busy, so if you sit out on the balcony for a drink to look out over the bay at night, it is noisy. Last year we rented a massive, very modern 4 bed house spread over 3 floors with sauna, gym and huge outdoor dining bbq and pool area for just a little more money in Croatia, hence why I have given the rating I did for value for money. The flat could do with a few extra bits (frying pan, toaster, plastic glasses for poolside, oven gloves, hangers, and a "manual" to explain how all the fittings/electrics work and local restaurant, taxis, things to do etc. None of those were major issues but would help and I mention as info for the owners). Please don't misunderstand, we had a great holiday in a lovely part of the world in a clean, modern apartment with a beautiful view. Somehow the flat just didn't have the "wow" factor. Sorry!
