Disgusting - Steer Clear!
Nothing, booked for proximity to family for Christmas and had it not been paid in advance we would have left immediately. Such a disappointment.
Everything! NOT nicely presented nor comfortable!This property is grossly misrepresented and should be removed from this site before others are fleeced. Before you even enter the property, the grounds resemble a dump, all manners of rubbish litter the driveway and entrance to the property. The walkway from car to door is uneven and inadequately lit at night. An elderly person travelling with us felt quite unsafe entering and exiting. Amenities listed such as an iron and hair-dryer were not provided. There is a washing machine but no drying rack. Heating was minimal in the lounge room only, I think from under floor but it was not on for most of the time so I can't be sure, upstairs was always freezing. Towel rails warmed up sporadically, but not at actual bathing times. We had only 3 people in a property boasting room for 6 and at times the hot water ran out or ran luke warm. The property smelled like mould and was not properly cleaned, old stained tea towels and bath mats were provided... the list goes on. By the way, the pink house is not the accommodation but rather an annex at the rear. I could only add 4 photos but I have many more. I did contact Booking.com customer service who provided a small refund considering the price paid. The owner did not make herself available to them to discuss the issues raised.

Owner not welcoming. First time I called/shouted no response. Heating turned off at 10pm - did not come back on until 8am. No instructions to operate oven Property looks nothing like photo, flat is to rear of property but no signage indicates where to go. Completely mid-represented. Directions to property exceptionally poor Light switch for ground floor bedroom are outside the bedroom No corkscrew Old utensils - some broken No dish cloth No kitchen roll
