Lovely property, plenty of space, even though it’s only 1 bedroom. Really comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Friendly hosts. Great spot for accessing the beautiful beaches.
Nothing! We’ll definitely be back.

Martina and Sue were so friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and very welcoming. There were so many nice touches like leaving us tea and coffee, snacks and something to drink. The decor was good and the furnishings made the place cosy - nice cushions and a throw on the bed. It was dog friendly and there was no quibble about bringing two small well behaved dogs; they even had their own drinking bowls and snacks supplied. Also they left large cotton throws to cover the sofas in case a dog jumped up so we didn't have to worry about the odd pet hair going where it shouldn't. We don't let our pets on the furniture but you can't supervise them every single minute when you are cooking! The cottage was fine for three of us as long as you put the sofa bed away each morning. Martin even popped around to check we were warm enough and see if we wanted the heating on as the weather was turning from summer to autumn. They messaged us in advance of our visit to check which thickness of duvet we wanted too - so thoughtful.
There was nothing to dislike.

A fab 4 day break at "The Cwtch " . Hosts Martin and Sue couldn't have done anymore for us . We were welcomed with a Beer and Gin and Tonic in the Fridge , along with milk and Welsh butter and Wesh cakes and fresh Tomatoes from there garden . The place was spotless and equipped with everything we could ever want , we literally only had to take ourselves there . Plenty of DVDs and Blu Ray films to keep us entertained if the weather got a bit iffy . Just a short walk to two fantastic beaches and although we didnt get to Skomer this time we will definitely be back at the Cwtch next year to see the Puffins . Thanks again Martin and Sue for your hospitality.

The Cwtch was perfect for one, would be cosy for two but might be a bit cramped for 4 unless you were just using it to sleep. It had everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed - best night's sleep I've had in a while. Sue and Martin had also added little touches that lifted it further - milk and butter (and gin!) in the fridge when I arrived, along with Welsh cakes, and tomatoes from the their garden. There was also a wide selection of books and videos for when the weather was grotty, and a stock of bird food for the feeders in the courtyard garden to keep the flock of small birds visiting and keep me entertained.
I definitely hope to stay again for longer next time as it is perfectly located for exploring the area.

Everything. Absolutely perfect location for accessing (5-min drive) activities on and around Skomer Island - which is a wonderful place with amazing wildlife. The apartment was very clean and has plenty of room, and Martin and Sue have thought about all the small details which make the stay even easier. Lovely Welsh Cakes and a beer in the fridge waiting upon arrival, and other nice touches added too. Owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with and all the necessary info was provided, including a very easy to follow guide for using the kitchen appliances etc. The area was very peaceful, and the garden had a lot of lovely birdlife. Martin and Sue were also fantastic when my car wouldn’t start on my morning of departure… allowing me to continue to use the apartment until the AA arrived and got me going again, and even providing me with a sandwich while I was waiting!
I cant think of anything I needed that the apartment didn’t have! More generally, when around the area just plan where you may eat dinners etc. though as there aren’t many pubs/restaurants in the nearby vicinity. There is a nice takeaway pizza place (Camille’s) less than a minute’s walk away, but they only operate a few days a week and you need to phone your order in on the day by 2pm.

A delightful property that is more spacious than it seems from the outside! Everything you could possibly need is provided, and the owners even left some gifts, which we much enjoyed eating and drinking after a long drive to get there.
Probably the cleanest property we've ever stayed at too! Plenty of movie DVDs to watch in the evening, or books to read, or board games to play. Excellent WiFi kept us connected to our daughters back home. If all that doesn't appeal just settle on the sofa and enjoy the birds in the lovely little garden visiting the feeders (spare seed is left in the outside utility room if required!)
We really enjoyed leaving the patio doors open and listening to the chirping and chattering of the many House Sparrows. Also seen regularly were Collared Doves, Blackbirds, Goldfinches, Dunnocks, Robins and Blue and Great Tits.
The property is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Skomer Island, as we were. It's probably the closest you can possibly get to the crossing point at Martin's Haven, just a mile and a half further down the road. You could even walk it if you wanted to, saving the car park charge! (Leave half an hour earlier!)
Martin and Sue are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, we had a very enjoyable stay and were so impressed that we're going to stay at The Cwtch again the next time we visit Pembrokeshire, it's just perfect.
There was nothing we didn't like!

Martin & Sue are so kind and offer milk and cream for us. We have a great time in Wales. If we have chance to go to Skomer, we will stay in the same place again.
remember to bring more food, then enjoy the whole holidays here.

The perfect place to stay when visiting the area, particularly Skomer Island to see the puffins. Sue and Martin are perfect hosts and The Cwtch has every thing you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to self cater or alternatively you can get great pizza from Camille's Pizza and Pasta just around the corner or a lovely lunch at Runwayskiln on the way to Marloe Sands beach. Thank you to you both for making us feel so welcome.

Perfect stay. Martin and sue are lovely hosts. All was perfect, its a great strategic point to see beautiful landscapes all around this lovely home such as Marloes Sands beach or Dale (not far) or St Davids Cathedral and Blue lagoon (further to the north), and Green bridge, stack rocks, .. on the costal path (further to the south), and so on... Thanks for all ! Guillaume and Claire
All was really perfect

Excellent base for trip to Skomer, coastal walks, quiet break for R&R, friendly hosts and people locally. Clean well equipped accommodation, basics milk etc provided, and attractive outdoor space with many feathered friends visiting. We were blesssed with a very sunny stay , but if the weather had been less kind, there are lots of games, books, DVDs to entertain.
Erratic TV reception affecting picture a minor irritant, however lots of DVDs, books, games as alternative!

The location was great, lots of local walks nearby, lovely cafe up the road and beautiful coastline.
Dog catered for, blanket, towels & bowls.
Attention to detail really appreciated. Hosts could not have been more helpful or obliging, answered queries quickly, nice to know they were there if needed, but not intrusive.
Nothing! It was perfect, even butter & jam & milk provided In the fridge, which was handy as we’d forgotten the butter!
