As above love the location but not the service
The location is stunning and the apartment is beautifully done.
The communication was average. At times we got some answers but often late. For the difficult questions, like finding support for carrying luggage, we only got poor instructions on arrival which did not help us find the place. It turns out Manarola has 2 luggage service providers who can assist ……. As seriously carrying suitcases back up the hill to the carpark is no mean feat! The place appears to be managed remotely. We found cobwebs in rooms and don’t expect any nice extras as a welcome - it is the bare minimum despite being expensive.

If your are fortunate enough to visit Manarola- STAY HERE!
Location was awesome, Views to die for, Clean, Nice Decor, New Appliances, A/C, above the crowd, great balcony, comfy bed, easy walk down (no steps) to main village
Check-in was a challenge, but once you're in YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

A small stylish apartment with a round bed facing amazing views, and a balcony for sunset drinks!
The property is exactly as advertised and the view is spectacular. It is a small newly-renovated apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. And unlike some apartments in Manarola you can reach the building without going up or down stairs between streets. If you come by train, take the pedestrian tunnel from the railway platform through to the town and turn right up the main street, then right again into Via Belvedere. Google Maps might tell you to turn left, but you might regret doing that if you have heavy bags!

Perfect stay for a perfect location
Wow, the view is amazing. It felt like we were in the clouds during sunset and sunrise watching the sea and sky turn golden and pink. The apartment is well located. The room itself is beautiful and has mostly the things you need.
It would be good to have more than one hanger in the cupboard and to have mugs for the tea or coffee. But other than that, the apartment is spectacular.

Location. Appears to have been recently refurbished and to a high standard. Loved the layout and shower was great. Stunning views from the balcony .
