Great location

Property specifically booked for air conditioning. It wasn’t working and although a temporary one was provided it needed to vent through a window therefore very noisy from outside traffic. Sofa bed very uncomfortable and very squeaky.

The trip switch repeatedly went off if too many appliances used. Not a major problem but no house instructions so had to contact host to restart electricity. Loo flush broken Sharp knife and teatowel would be useful Sofabed uncomfortable (slept on the floor!)

There wasn’t anything I did not like. we had a problem with leaking water in the bathroom but it was not a huge issue. It was not taken care of until after we were gone.

Location was good and easy, not a lot of climbing which made it easier with big luggage. The town was the least happening and less interesting than the others but still nice. The AC worked fine.

The apt. was lacking in table or luggage rack in the bedroom. There is no place to put luggage in bedroom, just have to open suitcases on the floor. The room is charmless. The bathroom is lacking towel hooks, there was only one hook to hang 3 towels or more. And there is no place to put toiletries whatsoever. There is no surface in the bathroom or bedroom for anything other than the two little bedside tables. We had to move a chair up from the lower level just to put jackets and purse on. Also there is no place in the shower to put shampoo, no shelf at all so products have to be on the tiny shower floor and you have to awkwardly bend down with no space to reach and use shampoo etc. No hand soap provided in the bathroom and no laundry soap in the kitchen. The shower pressure was extremely low and it quickly ran out of warm water. In general, the apartment has no charm and offers nothing in the way of conveniences in the room.

A nice comfortable room with convenient location

Location Cleanliness This is a very nice place, conveniently located close to the train station and in the center of the town. The room was clean with a kitchen downstairs. We were out most of the day and primarily used the place too sleep and shower. It was clean and easily accessible from the street. Self Check in and check out process was great.

Perfect staying in manarola

The location was perfect, near the train station (less than 5 min walking) and the centre of Manarola, which is a very small town. There were shops nearby and restaurants. The houses in the town are small, this is a house of 2 floors, we were 4 people and is kind of small but we were there just for resting so it was perfect, sofa bed and the main bed in the 1st floor. Perfect for visiting cinque terre for a few days. I would repeat!

Superb

Booked the place for my wife and daughter, and they loved the place. Edison was an excellent host. He welcomed them with a nice bottle of wine. The place is exactly as shown in the listing. It was clean, quiet (after Christmas and before New Year time period), perfect for 2 people, close to train station which makes it very convenient. It was easy to communicate with Edison via Whatsapp and he was very responsive! Will definitely book again if we are ever in Cinque Terre again. Have recommended the place to my sister and brother-in-law!

The only suggestion would be that it would be nice if there was a toaster.

Exceptional

The location is perfect for us, just few minutes from station and without hundreds of steps. The apartment is newly renovated so the facility is good. We welcome the washing machine after 10 days of travelling. Restaurants, mini supermarkets, coffee shops are close. The owner was nice to meet us and gave us recommendations and advice. We enjoyed our stay in Manarola.
