Layout, comfort, facilities, most extraordinary views over Athens (Akropolis, Licabitos), central, close to transport, excellent restaurants.
The property was perfect for us but there was sporadic (and infrequent) building noise as a new metro line is being built through Kolonaki.

Lage war super, tolle Aussicht auf die Akropolis, auf man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen, leider aber dafür sehr laut...

The location is great, and the view fantastic. The rooftop deck was a wonderful place to sit and look at the views afforded by being at the top of the building. I came to like the two separate spaces, although I used the one with the bed the most, and the side with the sofa really for coffee prep. The bed was quite comfortable. It was nice that there were two bathrooms with showers, as that would be handy if there were more people staying in the space. I liked that there were good ways to prepare food (microwave/oven, hot plate/burner, and panini press)
There could be a few more cooking utensils.
