Landlord Maria is very friendly and helpful - the apartment is very spacious, comfortable and tidy - all you need!
The area in which the building is located is a bit rough - in the urban planning sense: the road leading to the building is a joke, very narrow and in poor state. Plus: Be prepared that you have to carry your luggage in the third floor - no elevator.

did not have kitchen paper. eventhough we had paid for four people, there was only one double bed and one couch with no sheets to use. it only had towels for two people.
