Great location

Great location plus easy parking

Unfortunately we arrived in a heatwave and the air conditioning didn’t work properly with only a tiny cooling band and the exhaust fan blowing more hot air into the apartment than out. Coupled with this the fridge door didn’t close properly and so the food was hot. The hosts were responsive to fixing this and if that was the case it would be a good place to stay to visit Vichy

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!! Avoid like the plague - at ALL costs!!!

Location and neighbours were lovely, but our whole experience was absolutely ruined by the issues and lack of response!

Too much to mention - Photos are self explanatory! Extremely small cramped loft space, desperately converted into a makeshift rental place, however the size or lack of light/windows were not the issue. Broken air conditioning, dirty dishes and broken utilities all photographed, filmed and reported to the property handlers and they did nothing at all, at any point! Advertised A/C was broken and reported a few times, but they were arrogant and reluctant to assist in the nearly 40degree heat, which is beyond unacceptable. They have no knowledge of customer service and have very far to go! A simple apology could have helped, but instead we received a nonsical and ignorant rude response!!! What then topped it all off wqs the cleaner arriving at 8am on our last day, when checkout was at 11am-(she at least had the decency to apologise), unlike the property, when they were notified yet again of more issues. All problematic issues were completely ignored by the hosts, who have absolutely no idea/experience in basic customer service!

Insatisfaction totale

Emplacement avec vue sur la gare de marchandises désaffectée. Immeuble en mauvais état d’entretien. Odeur de tabac imprégnée dans l’appartement. Pas de salle de bain mais une mini douche et un lavabo plantés dans la chambre. Pas de table pour prendre un repas. Photos et descriptif non représentatifs. Nous ne sommes pas restés, repartis immédiatement

A fuir !

L'appartement est sombre, non insonorisé il sentait l'odeur de cigarettes, et d'égouts, des traces d'humidité sont apparentes sur le mur de la douche qui se trouve dans la chambre, il n'y avait ni draps ni couette dans le lit alors qu'il faisait 18 ° à l'extérieur ce jour là, quand nous avons vu l'état nous sommes partis et avons passé la nuit dans un hôtel.

Appartement sous les toits et ne correspondant pas aux photos du site. On est loin des 28 m2 annoncés pour la chambre. Très décevant.

Des odeurs horribles de cigarettes de l’appartement du dessous, des odeurs de remonté d’égout et la vnc faisait beaucoup de bruit

bonne température des pièces et équipements au top. Très bonne atmosphère cosy

à notre arrivée, nous avons dû chercher la boîte à clés qui se trouvait au bout du couloir (à l'opposé de l'entrée au rez de chaussée) et non pas à côté de la porte de l'appartement (au 2ème étage)

Séjour très agréable et calme assuré.

appartement situé dans un quartier très calme, malgré la porximité de la gare. Accès très facile au centre ville à pieds. parking sans problème dans les rues à proximité.

Appartement sous le toit, donc angles des plafonds pouvant provoqués des bosses. manque un tire bouchon et décapsuleur pour l'équipement cuisine.

La propreté, l'agencement du studio. La facilité d'accès et la facilité pour la place de parking

Le code pour la porte d'entrée ne marche pas.heureusement que les locataires de l'appartement du 2e étage sont venus nous ouvrir.sinon nous étions à la rue.soit disant que cela avait déjà été signalé. À revoir pour les prochains.je suis déçu de cela
