Il vient d’être refait à neuf avec goût C’était très propre . Arrivée facile avec boîte à clés et Pedro qui suit notre séjour pour s’assurer que tout va bien La terrasse très sympa et assez rare à Lisbonne. Situé dans un quartier populaire et authentique et proche du Parc des Nations avec leurs restaurants en bord de Tage.
Rien c’était parfait pour moi mais un il faut savoir que c’est un peu excentré du cœur de Lisbonne -il y a un métro tout proche toutefois.

Property was clean n quiet , lots of minimarts n cafes around the area so super convenient to get groceries . Host Pedro was very responsive n helpful .
As it is quite a long way to get to the central area , you have to factor in an hour of travelling time. It would be good if there is a proper container for shampoo n bath gel in the bathroom.

There is a really really bad smell in the place, worse in the living room. The place is not super clean. Most of the stuff is old, needs love or to be replaced. For exemple, towels felt like sandpaper; trashbin was broken. This is not worth the price at all, maybe half of it at the very best (we paid 250$ Canadian dollars). Host could be more friendly.
